Injector Artist Aesthetics Policies.

  • To ensure we can provide the best care and respect the time of our providers and clients, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

    A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice.

    • If a client does not show up for their appointment, the $20 deposit will be forfeited.

    • Deposits can be transferred to your next appt and applied to purchase total. 

    • Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or may result in restricted booking privileges.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all clients efficiently and respectfully.

  • To provide flexible payment options, our practice offers financing through Cherry.

    Please note the following policy regarding Cherry financing fees:

    • For any patient purchase totaling less than $1,000, if Cherry financing is selected at checkout, the patient will be fully responsible for all associated Cherry financing fees.

    • These fees are charged by Cherry, not by our medical spa, and are determined by Cherry’s financing terms.

    • Financing fees will not be waived, refunded, or absorbed by the practice for purchases under $1,000.

    • By choosing Cherry financing for purchases under $1,000, the patient acknowledges and agrees to accept responsibility for these fees.

    We encourage patients to review Cherry’s financing terms carefully prior to selecting this payment option. Our team is happy to answer general questions, but all financing approvals, fees, and payment schedules are managed directly through Cherry.

  • Purpose
    The Shadowing Program is designed to provide licensed nurse injectors with observational education and insight into clinical flow, patient communication, aesthetic assessment, and treatment philosophy within our MedSpa.

    Eligibility
    Shadowing is available to licensed nurse injectors only. Proof of active licensure must be provided prior to scheduling.

    Program Length & Fee

    • The shadowing program consists of four (4) shadowing days.

    • The total cost for the program is $700, which must be paid in full upfront to secure placement.

    • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Scheduling Requirements

    • All four (4) shadowing days must be completed within a 2–6 week timeframe from the first scheduled day.

    • Shadowing days are scheduled based on availability and clinic operations.

    • Missed or late arrivals may be rescheduled but should be done so in a timely manner. The closer together this is done, the better retention of information. 

    Scope of Shadowing

    • Shadowing is observational only.

    • No hands-on injecting, patient treatment, or medical decision-making is permitted. 

    However, I encourage you to get up close and personal and ask questions. 

    • Shadowing does not constitute employment, training certification, or clinical supervision.

    Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

    • All patient information, treatment discussions, and business practices are strictly confidential.

    • A confidentiality agreement may be required prior to participation.

    • Professional attire, punctuality, and respectful behavior are expected at all times.

    Right to Refuse or Terminate
    The MedSpa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue shadowing at any time if professional standards, clinic policies, or patient safety are compromised. Fees will not be refunded in the event of termination.

    Acknowledgment
    Participation in the Shadowing Program signifies understanding and acceptance of this policy in full.
